Gardening and Horticulture Service

In some dictionaries horticulture is defined as the art of gardening while gardening is defined as the act of cultivating or tending a garden, or the work or art of a gardener.
Horticultural services means a business or governmental service which the primary goal is it advises the public and/or customers on techniques and the science of growing fruits, vegetables, and flowers.
